Centre Sub-Committee and Staff at the Centre

Strategic business of Horwich Community Centre is carried out by the Community Centre Sub Committee elected by Horwich Council consisting of no less than five Horwich Town Councillor’s.

The Committee will meet when necessary, which is on average four times a year.

The Minutes are taken by the Deputy Town Clerk and are presented to Council for approval. Copies of the Minutes can be provided upon requested.

There are 4 part-time caretakers and a cover caretaker who are happy to assist you in accommodating your requests including providing refreshments.
