About Horwich Community Centre

Horwich Community Centre is a vibrant and welcoming community centre in the heart of Horwich and is easily accessible with good walking and public transport links and parking nearby. It is fully accessible with all rooms all on ground floor. Since 2018, Horwich Community Centre has undergone refurbishment to modernise rooms and update facilities.

The Centre has something for everyone. Our wide range of facilities offers a huge number of classes and activities, from sports and exercise to courses, workshops, support groups, children’s groups and Citizens Advice Bolton.

There are classes for most ages and abilities, usually without the need for membership fees or annual sign-up so there is something for everyone.

We will be working with partnerships such as Bolton CVS and Bolton Council to be able to provide free activities for children, young people and other groups and to schedule monthly film screenings.

The Centre now has over 10,000 users a year and hosts a regular schedule of around 25 different activities each week, including art, languages, Citizens advice, children’s groups and a range of sports, martial arts and exercise classes.
